Voiparty Review
Voiparty Review – can you create residual income here?
Voiparty is a new network marketing company that has a little different business model than most MLM companies. Does that make it scam? – Not really.
Every company in the market has a product. Most network marketing companies use their distributors as the distribution system. The members of the company (the distributors) buy or sell the product and that is how the company makes money.
However, the nature of Voiparty’s product is that their product is not bought or sold by the distributors.
The VOIParty Product
So what is the VOIParty product? Well, it is not VOIP like you may think. This makes them nothing like Vonage, Skype, or any of the other telecommunication companies that you may think of.
Their product is telecomm interexchange. Interexchange is a service that most consumers are not going to be familiar with because it is only purchased by telecommunications companies like Verizon, Sprint, ATT, etc.
Whenever a phone call is made from one phone network to another, an interexchange connection fee is generated. This is what VOIParty sells.
Typicalled when a company wants to enter the interexchange market (an 800 million dollar/yr market), they have to establish their “point of presence” by buying and co-locating their equipment within the central office of the telephone carriers like Verizon or ATT. This along with things like line leases, offices, trucks on the road adds a considerable amount of overhead to an interexchange carrier’s overhead.
With VOIParty, distributors’ (called VOIParty members) homes are the points of presence. Calls from customers who have no connection with VOIParty are routed into a VOIParty connection device
; located within the members’ homes and are terminated. VOIParty members are paid for calls terminated on their box and the calls terminated in their downline.
Because of VOIParty’s low overhead, they should expect to have a significant price advantage over their competetitors. Because of this, they should be able to capture as much interexchange business as they want and still pay 70% of the revenue to the field.
For a more detailed overview of the company, you can watch their video here.
There is a one-time fee of $289 to join which includes a device, shipping and your first annual payment of 29.95 for website maintenance. There are no monthly fees and their no autoship.
Pros – no monthly fees, no autoship, probably will be a low attrition rate.
Cons – it will take a few more people than some in your network to make a full-time income, but this should be offset by the lack of autoship (which will help contribute to the low attrition rate) and fast start bonuses.
