When building your business (online or offline), you have to learn a lot of new things to become successful.  You have to learn marketing, sales, accounting, etc.  However, you must not neglect one of the most important aspects of your journey.  This aspect could for account for as much as 90% of your success, yet many people do neglect it.  I know because I was one of them.
